What the listing actually tells us

From the title alone, the UV Quartz Lamp T8 Tube Ultraviolet is listed with 220V. That is a starting point, not a guarantee. Sellers sometimes reuse photos and titles across several versions, and any output printed in the title is usually the maximum the seller claims, not a figure measured by an independent lab.

Before you order, open the full listing, read the specification table, scroll through the buyer photos and check that the version you pick in the drop-down matches the specs you want.

Will this part fit your machine?

The most common reasons for returns on parts like the UV Quartz Lamp T8 Tube Ultraviolet are the wrong size, the wrong connector and a mismatched output rating. Compare the listing's dimensions with your original, and check whether the driver board must match the plate.

Unplug the unit and let it cool before you open it. If you are not comfortable working with mains electronics, ask a technician.

Handling and safety for ozone parts

Ozone plates and tubes run on high voltage. Unplug before you open a case, never touch a plate while the unit is powered, and test the repaired unit only in an empty, ventilated space. Ozone is a lung irritant, so the same safety rules apply as for a complete machine.

Power, voltage and plug for US outlets

Check the electrical details before you pay. In the United States, standard outlets use NEMA 5-15 (Type A/B) plug at 120V. This listing gives 220V and 8W.

A mismatch is one of the most common reasons for returns on imported electrical items. If the plug is wrong, do not force it or use a cheap adapter on a high-power unit. Message the seller or pick another listing.

Our verdict

Bottom line: the UV Quartz Lamp T8 Tube Ultraviolet is popular enough to be worth a look, and the listing details we can see are 220V. The right choice depends on the size of the room, the odor you are fighting and whether you can control the treatment time.

If you want cleaner air while you are in the room, skip ozone and buy a HEPA purifier. If you want odor removal in an empty space and the specs fit, this listing may do the job.
